Morning Constitutional

Good health is no game -- but I'll do my best to provide entertaining conversation during this workout. 30-40 minutes, pace and distance to be decided by the group at large. Costumes welcome, but mine will be Your Basic Runner's Gear. We'll leave promptly at 9; meet near Registration.
